They are a conglomerate of buyers; the minimum of 500K carats a month on contact or spot. If they have 5 million carat lots in combination with stones of 2 carats or more of colors D-J and clarity FL-VVS2 at brinks or any SKR in the US they will buy IMMEDIATELY. We have an SBLC of $200B USD and a BCL of $20B USD to show POF. They are demanding a large spot buy right now and are willing to roll into a monthly contract of approximately 3 million a month or more. The problem is their procedures. They will not fly anywhere to look at the stones. They want the stones at a Brinks or similar facility with a parcel #, a sample manifest, and a letter of authorization to sell the stones. Acceptable pricing on large purchases are ADTEC values less 30% discount. |
